Which herbal teas are relaxing?

One of the most important uses of herbal teas is to reduce stress, anxiety and increase the quality of sleep. Relaxing teas are usually prepared using natural herbs such as thyme, mint, rose, saffron and other natural antioxidants. Relaxing tea can help improve sleep quality and reduce sleep problems such as insomnia and disturbed sleep.

Mint tea:

Rose:
